JET Aircraft Interior Technical Services, LLC 

JET Aircraft Interior Technical Services (March 2012)  completed the interior management program and FAA flight testing on an A319CJ interior at a US based completion center.  The aircraft will be EASA STC'd and then issued a Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) VSTC and register in China.

JET Aircraft Interior Technical Services (December 2012)  completed the interior management program and FAA flight testing on an A318CJ interior at a US based completion center.  The aircraft will be EASA STC'd and then issued a Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) VSTC and register in China.

JET Aircraft Interior Technical Services (August 2013)completed the interior management program and FAA flight testing on an A318CJ interior at a US based completion center.  The aircraft will be EASA STC'd and then issued a US registry.

JET Aircraft Interior Technical Services (September 2013)  completed the interior management program and customer flight testing on an Boeing BBJ1.  We will manage the interior completion during the first and second quarters on 2014.  The aircraft will be STC'd and CAAC VSTC then issued a Chinese registry in Novemeber 2014.

JET Aircraft Interior Technical Services (June 2017) completed the interior management program and FAA flight testing on an B777-200ER at a US based completion center.  The aircraft will be EASA STC'd as well.

JET Aircraft Interior Technical Services (June 2019) completed the interior management program and FAA flight testing on an A330-200 at US based completion center.  The aircraft was EASA STC'd.

JET Aircraft Interior Technical Services (October 2020)  completed the interior management program and customer flight testing on an Boeing BBJ1 imported into the US.  The aircraft was imported and a pre-purchase, major maintenance, and a major interior modification STC'd before aircraft was re-delivered to a US based sports team by a US based completion center.

JET Aircraft Interior Technical Services (February 2022) completes a Collins Venue CMS/IFE upgrade removing 20 year old system and wiring on Boeing BBJ at US completion center.

(VP of Sales & Marketing) – Jeff Bonner Research and Development providing worldwide fabrication support for mechanism design, composite, and sheet metal structures in corporate/military aircraft. Implementation of sales and marketing strategy for company involved with corporate aircraft completions industry. Compose bid proposals and sales proposal for long term agreements. Negotiate contracts, provide worldwide sales representation, and conduct marketing/advertising campaign activities. Procured and implemented the customer relationship management software – Microsoft Business Contact Manager. Increased customer base by adding 175 accounts and 1185 new sales contacts to new company CRM database since January 2009. Produce Microsoft program management schedules for major contracts won.


JET Aircraft Interior - (2005 - 2009)

(VP of Sales & Marketing – Aircraft Completions) – Indianapolis Jet Center providing worldwide aircraft support and onsite customer representation. Implementation of sales and marketing strategy for company involved with corporate aircraft completions industry. Headed and organized maintenance sales department in 2005. Authored all major Boeing/Airbus interior completion proposals over $18 million dollars. Negotiated interior completion contracts and provide maintenance sales representation for Bombardier Challenger and Learjet aircraft in the Southwest US. Conducted marketing/advertising campaign activities managing database and internet website for sales/market penetration.. Provide all proposal costs and analysis of completions involving CRJ 200 aircraft. Conceived and established the CRJ 200 conversion program and associated sales and marketing campaign. Authored all CRJ200 completion specifications and created design floorplans and elevations for each prospective customer. Company was awarded a FAA  STC on this project. Managed team of associates which supported company advertising and marketing efforts worldwide. Procured and implemented the customer relationship management software - Microsoft CRM 3.0. Part of executive management team which sold company to Comlux Aviation in September 2008.

Typical program management activities:

Provided project design support to customer to include floorplans interior specifications, vendor selection, certification coordination, and all facets of the corporate interior completion. Provided interior management/technical drawings/design and certification services. Worked with a group of trusted industry associates for technical integration, avionics, mechanical systems, and design support I can rely on to assist the completion center. Manage programs from conception to delivery with the knowledge of all disciplines.

JET Aircraft Interior - (1999 - 2005)

VP of Sales for composites manufacturing company - Fiber Art, Inc. providing worldwide support and onsite customer presentations. Directed marketing strategy for composites manufacturing company. Compose bid proposals and sales quotations. Conducted, produced, and implemented all advertising campaigns and convention activities.

Interior project management for Boeing Business Jet program (N700WH) for Southern Aircraft Services. Onsite customer representation during completion of 737-700 in 1999. This aircraft was completed in six (6) months at Associated Air Center under my representation efforts.

Managed 737-200 for Completion Air Inc. East Alton, IL in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Tracking and implementing aircraft service bulletin and service letter work for customer. Conducted weekly reviews of interior with completion center. Liaison for customer with cabinetry subcontractors. Tracked installation and purchasing status for program duration. Maintained direct dialog with outside vendors. Provided weekly written status reports to customer covering all action items, issues, and progress.

Managed 767 vendors for Aviation Concepts, Inc. in San Antonio. Tracking and implementing cabinet shop activities. Conduct weekly reviews of vendor with design group. Liaison for customer with cabinetry subcontractors. Maintained direct dialog outside vendors. Provided weekly written status reports to customer covering all action items, issues, and progress.

Managed 727-100 for Keeker Business Aircraft Interiors. Tracking and implementing aircraft service bulletin and service letter work for customer. Conducted weekly reviews of interior with completion center. Liaison for customer with cabinetry subcontractors. Tracked installation and purchasing status for program duration. Upon leaving Fairchild Dornier in 1999 Mr. Craig Fannig - VP of Sales for Envoy Program contracted me to write the interior specification for Fairchild Aerospace Envoy 7 program.


Fairchild Dornier Aerospace - (1998-1999)

Interior project management for Envoy 3 program. Managed the schedules of twenty (20) design and engineering staff assigned to program. Produced manpower schedules for program. Interpreted vendor engineering and specifications for production. Managed the production and quality efforts of outside furnishing subcontractors. Composed FAA burn testing report for interior. Wrote redline drawing procedures to make production and quality efforts more efficient. Coordinated the structural engineering certification for interior. Conducted liaison functions for subcontracted and in-house machine, sheet metal, 16G seating testing, and cabinetry shops. Conducted weekly staff meetings concerning program/certification efforts.


The Nordam Group - (1998-1998)

Regional Sales Manager for aerospace composites and plastics thermoforming company. Company engineers and manufacturers composite components and flat panels for the aerospace industry. Established new and maintained existing accounts. Coordinated customer requirements with contracts, estimating, engineering, and production. Provided high quality customer service. Created trip reports on sales meetings for company management. Conducted outside sales and established territory routes to prospects and clients.


Fiber Art - (1996-1998)

Co-founder of aircraft Composites Company in May of 1996. General Manager of composites and plastic thermoforming manufacturing company. Company designed and engineered composite components for aerospace and commercial industries. Also acted as; VP of Sales, technical integration, and program manager. Company grew from three (3) to twenty five (25) employees before leaving in January 1998. Established and maintained accounting system and customer data base for aerospace, medical, and government accounts. Interpreted customer requirements, engineering, and specifications for production. Prepared and conducted customer presentations. Developed marketing plan and strategies for company. Managed accounts receivables and payable. Used direct mail, networking, and cold call techniques to establish new customers. Coordinated convention marketing activities. Created the free standing shower used around the world in Boeing completions. Provided high quality customer service. Maintained daily contact sheet on sales prospects and company operations. Conducted outside sales and established territory routes to prospects and clients. Authored company repair station manual and conducted company certification efforts for products.


Pyka Design - (1989-1996)

Director of Sales/Special Programs Manager/ Project Engineer for aircraft interior/product design  company. Created a STC’d product line for company using local composite and machine/sheet metal companies. Created marketing strategies and plans for products. Established customer accounts and maintained customer data base. Successful in FAA certification of several new innovative interior products. Composed schedules, pricing, and product budgets. Composed sales proposals, specifications and coordinated with customers for approvals. Lead five design engineers and two structural engineers in product manufacturing. Executed presentations to customer using strong communication skills. Attentive listener, who has excellent negotiating ability and closing skills.

JET personnel managed the Aramco DC-8 interior conducted at Dee Howard Company in 1994 by Pat Pyka Design Consultants. In 1993 Mr. Harris was on duty in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia managing the installation of a Roman Shade System he designed in the Royal Flight 747-SP.


Dee Howard Company - (1987-1989)

Interior Project Engineer -Sultan of Brunei A310 Program. Lead over 15 design engineers and contractors to manufacturer Interior for Airbus 310 in twelve months. Created aircraft interior schedule and actively track progress using customize time reports given to each engineer.


Lou Martin & Associates - (1985–1987)

Sales/Project Engineer for corporate aircraft interior product manufacturing company. Created a STC’d product line for company using local composite and machine/sheet metal companies. Created marketing strategies and plans for products. Established customer accounts and maintained customer data base. Successful in FAA certification of several new innovative interior products.


Page Avjet - (1980-1984)

Interior Project Engineer for completion center which worked on Boeing 737, 727, Gulfstream, and Challenger aircraft. I was actively involved in over 30 corporate interior completions.
